Rick and the staff at Dorsos have always been corteous and thorough. The prices from Rick have always been fair and i can always rely on the expertise and workmanship that i recieve there. I have referred many friends, family and coleagues to Rick at Dorsos. Those i have referred always have positive feedback to give regarding thier experience ther as well. Thanks Rick and the rest of the staff at Dorsos.

Wow, thats all I have to say about customer service! I called Rick to see if he could checkout a car I was thinking about buying. He said bring it in later that afternoon even though he had a busy day already planned out. He thoroughly inspected the car - took it on a test run with us and put it on the rack. He pointed out some things that should be taken into consideration before making the purchase. We were set on buying that car but after his assessment we decided against it and are very happy that we didn't. His inspection saved us a lot of grief and $$!! We highly recommend his shop! Thanks Rick!

I had an oil leak in my 95 Buick Roadmaster and the team at Dorso's went above and beyond to find and repair the leak. During the repair they determined that a radiator shop had damaged a seal when replacing a water pump and they even handled getting them to correct that as well. I have dealt with Dorso's for many years and have always been satisfied.

Rick is a great mechanic to know. I have used him since 2005 to work on my Chevrolet Avalance and Malibu. Rick is fair and consistent. If he recommends the work, I trust it is necessary and will get done right. He doesnt leave me w/ the doubts and concerns that I get when i visit Fremont Chevy.

When I go to the dealership for things like an oil change and they find some problem. I take my car to Dorso's for a second opinion because I trust them completely to be honest. If the work needs to be done, I let them do it because I know it will be done right the first time and the cost is much better than the dealer.

It was very easy to make an appointment. Everyone is always so friendly. The shop was ready for my car's appointment. When I needed a service you did not provide (tires), you gave a reference to a very reputable business with which I dealt with before. The best part was the total cost of the service done to my car - it was VERY low!
