What a great place with wonderful service. I was referred here by a neighbor, and I’m sure glad I booked with them instead of the dealership! My previous experience made me want to pivot. The dealership had tightened my filter so much that other shops couldn’t pry it open, and one place said they’d need to charge me extra just to get it off and replace it. Dorso’s took a look, did a full workup, checked everything, threw in a tire rotation, and had no problem at all with my filter. No extra hassle like everywhere else! I felt like I’d been going there for years, and they made what seemed like a headache into an easy fix. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to them!

I had excellent experience with Dorso and would highly recommend them. The vehicle is 28 years old and has 145k miles and had never had the tranny oil changed since I bought it new. Years ago, I had taken it to Bruce’s Tires in Osgood and was turned away because of the vehicle’s age and mileage. When I explained the situation to Joe at Dorso, he looked at differently and said “it’s all gears and just a manual transmission”. Dorso drained and refilled transmission with fresh oil exactly what had asked them to do. But what impressed me even more was that they also performed a thorough multi point inspection @ no additional charge. They emailed me a detailed report with pictures showing anything that needed attention or that they recommended keeping an eye on. The level of service, transparency, and willingness to help really stood out to me. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs and appreciated for taking the time to explain what they found. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my rides back to Dorso for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommended!!!

Once again I had excellent service with Dorsos. Brought my car in for oil service and in their car inspection they found that my newly purchased tires had different production dates on the tires which down the road could lead into some possible problems. By finding this I was able to get two new tires installed with the same production dates. Their service is always excellent. I would always recommend Dorsos to anyone.
