To be completely honest, it was far more thorough and professional than any dealership (4S) report I’ve received in the past. Every single item was clearly documented with high-resolution photos, accompanied by transparent safety-level and urgency ratings, making it exceptionally easy to understand exactly what condition the car is in. Instead of pushing unnecessary upsells, they walked me through potential future issues with clear, constructive advice and prioritized what actually needs attention down the road. What a great place with wonderful service. I was referred here by a neighbor, and I’m sure glad I booked with them instead of the dealership! My previous experience made me want to pivot. The dealership had tightened my filter so much that other shops couldn’t pry it open, and one place said they’d need to charge me extra just to get it off and replace it. Dorso’s took a look, did a full workup, checked everything, threw in a tire rotation, and had no problem at all with my filter. No extra hassle like everywhere else! I felt like I’d been going there for years, and they made what seemed like a headache into an easy fix. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to them!
