It is hard to find a good mechanic's shop just like a good Dentist, Doctor etc. I used to do light auto repair and find Dorso's to be the real deal. They make sure you are confident in what they are doing, they don't work on anything unless they have your okay and they estimate everything up front and if something else comes up while they are making the authorized repairs they call you to inform you and give their opinion on it's urgency if any. I can tell you honest repair shops show you what they did both before and after and let you see the parts they replaced. Dorso's does all that.

I took my Mazda cx5 here for regular service and check noise coming from breaks. They did a really thorough inspection (more detailed than dealership). They have been in business for 25+ years and the owner was really nice and helpful.

I identified what work needed to be done and to check other areas of concern. Joe made it an easy check-in and checkout process with follow-ups via phone calls, text messages and email. I appreciated the thorough details of the hard and soft copies of the work provided to me. It was a bonus to meet Rick, the owner of Dorso’s Automotive. He knows the business and will provide realistic and honest advice.
