I am highly satisfied with the customer service and auto services provided by the team at Dorso's Automotive. It's an anxious and stressful experience when you have car problems and especially thinking about finding a mechanic that will be honest and qualified to do the repairs needed. From my first interaction with Lori, Rick, Rob, and Joe - they explained every single step of the process from identifying and diagnosing what the root cause was for my car stalling to explaining what needs to be done to address the problem. As a female, I am wary of being offered services that I do not need. But that never happened with Dorso's Automotive. They were efficient in finding what was wrong and were timely in fixing and repairing my vehicle once they knew what was going on. They provided me a clear and fair estimate of total cost for the repairs and even worked to give me discounts where it was possible. When I picked up my car, they gave me a rundown of everything that they worked on in my car and showed me the auto parts that they removed and replaced. To me, it is always a good sign when a mechanic shows you the car parts at the end - it's a sign of honesty and attention to detail. After getting my car back, it runs better than when I first bought it from the dealership. I will definitely continue to go to Dorso's Automotive for all my needed car maintenance and repairs.
