When my previous shop closed expectantly, I needed someone who I could trust as much as the previous one - I have had unpleasant experiences in the past. So - thorough, willing to take their time, reviewed the history of past services and discussed options and timetables with me. If they had a question - they asked. If they had a suggestion, it was presented. There was no "upselling" or unnecessary services pushed on me - something that I value very much. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Oh, and bringing my families other cars in as well.

One of the best shops in Fremont .Its all about honesty with these guys and great work on top of that makes this the place yo take your car. They use only the best parts and isn't that what we really want to keep our cars running for a long time

The guy's at Dorsos went above and beyond when looking at my car. Not only pointing out some crucial variables wrong with my car, they made the repairs at an affordable price. They sincerely take it personally when it comes to making sure your car is absolutely safe for driving. The owner of the shop (Rick) walked me through the inspections they made and the repairs they were gonna do to remedy the problems, so through the entire process, I was kept in the loop. Rick understands that not everyone is car savvy, but makes sure to explain it making sure even a novice could understand. Not many places do that, but this place does. The people at this shop are extremely professional and I recommend anyone and everyone to give them a shot. You won't regret it!

Rick and Joe have been taking care of all our cars for several years. We always come away from the experience knowing they have performed quality work (always stand behind everything they do) and are fair and honest in the process. They will always tell you everything that needs to be done to the car, but don't apply pressure if you tell them you need to wait on some of the less critical items. We have recommended Dorso's to our friends, and will continue to do so in the future!
