My daughters car broke down in the east bay. She went out to start it at a friends house, and it wouldn't start. We live on the peninsula. I came over, and the car would turn over but not start. Rick provided me with a number of a reasonably priced tow company in the east bay, and when it got there, his crew got in the car and it started immediately. However, he made sure to find out what the problem was, and through expert diagnosis, found that the fuel pump was intermittently acting up. Replaced that and the fuel filter. When we got the car back, not only was it repaired, but it was the cleanest I had seen my daughters car in a year! Thanks again Rick!
