In a word - awesome. Rick runs a great shop. He surrounds himself with talented employees and they're always eager to help. They are very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience in the automotive industry. They're honest, detail oriented, and work hard to get the job done right. They also bring a level of customer service that is often lacking these days. While not inexpensive, you're paying for their collective expertise to properly diagnose and effect repairs. If you're looking for a shop to maintain and repair your vehicle, definitely check these guys out. I'm a fan of Dorso's and I've been recommending them for over a decade.

I took a chance with this place because I am new to the area. It was the greatest experience at a mechanic shop I have ever had. I was so happy about my experience, I called and told all my family and friends to change mechanics because these guys are so friendly, honest, and knowledgable. As long as I am in the area, no one other than Dorso's will touch my car. I would recommend them to anyone asking.

I came in on a Friday evening and the staff were extremely helpful. They let me know that they wouldn't be able to take a look at my car until Monday. Come Monday morning, they called me with a diagnosis and quickly took care of the issue. They were flexible and accommodating - great service!

Rick treats me , my automobiles (3 of them) and my children and parents cars always with a responsible concern to make sure there done right. I highly recommend rick also to my friends and anyone who might ask me if I know of a good mechanic. Thanks rick always for your caring concern.

Rick and Joe are very good to my mom. It isn't always easy to find a trustworthy mechanic, but that is exactly what we found at Dorso's! I tell all my neighbors how wonderful they are!

We are new to Fremont, and were referred to Dorso's Automotive by my brother-in-law. From start to finish it has unarguably been the best experience I've ever had at a body shop of any kind. Joe was personable, knowledgeable and I felt from the beginning he had honor and integrity. Often at other locations, I left feeling I had been taken advantage of, not the case with Joe. He was true to his time line estimate, and cost. I needed brake work and a few misc. things, like head light adjustment and a visor repair. He took care of it all, AND I picked up a washed and vacuumed car. Dorso's has a new and loyal customer! Thank you..

I've taken my car here regularly over the past year to get various work done- started with a new alternator, I had my front brakes and routers done, oil change, etc. I really appreciate the time they take to check everything on your car and try to keep you informed about what maintenance or problems can be coming up with your car next. They also have an A+ candy selection in the office.
