Auto Repair in Fremont

My son inherited an 88 VW that is rare in this country, it also ran rough. My husband suggested a BG service to clean out the fuel injectors. We found Dorso's from the BG authorized service agents page. Appointment was made, dropped auto. I appreciated that this car is rare and so did Joe at Dorso's, they had the integrity to refer me for service elsewhere as the auto did not need what we thought it needed. Joe went out of his way to provide me with contact to a service that is familiar with this exotic vehicle, I will definitely go back to Dorso's as they have gained my trust through their integrity! Very happy customer here! The auto runs excellently now!

I was told that they would change my oil in 1-1/2 hours while I waited; it only took them 1 hour and 32 minutes. They were very kind to squeeze me in on a very busy day. They brought to my attention information re recall's that I wasn't aware of. They do charge more, but I felt with that they were very thorough and checked things that other shops didn't. They even checked the air in my spare tire which was very low. I give them 6 stars!!!

Always superior service

I am extremely pleased with all of the work that the mechanics have done on my van. Joe always keeps me up-to-date with any and all problems that arise. We discuss everything and make decisions that we are both comfortable with. He went the extra mile for me, making arrangements for the van to get new tires while it was there, and also for its smog test. I have never been disappointed with any of the work done by Dorso's. I would recommend them highly for any mechanical needs.

I found you on the internet and was hoping you could repair the driver side window on our Ford Van in time for our Train Meet. I had only 4 days and I asked you to do it 3 if you could.
