My 5 year old Honda Fit AC stopped working. I wanted to try the AAA shop I had used for my other older car but it moved, so AAA pointed me at Dorso's. Turned out they are less than 1 mile from my house. While there, I also had them do general maintainance. Very thorough, had all fluids changed as needed. Only oil changes had been done since I bought it. Also needed new battery. A full verbal explanation plus a written description was given to me. No need to ask why new battery as testing was explained in detail. They also found where the AC was leaking and another problem that showed up on the check engine list. But rather than asking me to OK the repair they called the dealer as the car was very low mileage. Gave me the name of the service manager for warrenty work and sent me there. Ended up those items were repaired at no charge under Honda's warrenty! Dodso's was very careful with my money.In 56 years of car ownership in the east bay, Dorsos is by far the best shop I have ever dealt with, and I have had some very good ones.Also my apologies for taking a few months to write this review. My wife and I both have had several urgent health issues to deal with leaving literally no time for this. Did not even mail greeting cards to our friends during the holidays.
