this is the first time I have taken my vehicle there. they are very good. they do a complete inspection the first time you take your vehicle in. they let you know what needs to be done. they are honest and know what they are doing. I would recommend this shop.

At Dorso's reputation matters. You can trust Rick and his well-trained team to determine precisely what's wrong with your car, and then patiently explain to you exactly what your car needs repaired, how they plan to fix it, and what it's going to cost you -- no unnecessary "repairs" or hidden fees to inflate their revenue. Also, Dorso's uses only quality parts and materials. All-around A+ service.

Our family has been bringing vehicles to Dorso's for over 15 years. Their facility is clean and the service is friendly. They are very knowledgable regardless of the type of car we have brought in, keep up to date on the ever changing automotive technology and have the equipment to get the job.

I have always found Rick and his team to be very professional and thorough in assessing what needs to be done, explaining the options in terms of timing (what could be delayed and what should not be), and completing the repairs/work on time. Rick and his team communicate well on all matters particularly unexpected things that arise and Rick has proven trustworthy in all matters but particularly in not pushing additional repairs over and above what was necessary.
