This place is genuine, Rick and the staff have years of experience and gray staff that pay attention to detail. They explain everything in a way anyone can understand. No games, real fair pricing, very timely and great warranty on what they fix. Usually during the holidays mechanics can best you up on price but not here. It never felt awkward, never pressured, just welcomed. They show you the parts they fix and they follow call you up a couple days after to ensure quality/answers.
