Dorso is the most reliable and trustworthy auto repair service I have found In Fremont. They were able to solve a problem that the Jeep dealership could not diagnose. But then when I had a problem with the display on my Mazda3, they referred me back to the dealer because the problem was covered by a Mazda recall. In other words, they do the right thing for the customer.

I had been having trouble with my car not running the way it should, Rick and Joe took the time to be able to find not only the main problem but also other issues that needed to be fixed. He brought me in and showed me everything he found and gave me advise on what I should prioritize and what could wait a little. I am more than happy with the service I was provided and the fact that my car is now running amazing. I definitely recommend for people to bring their car here, you won’t regret it.

Very accommodating - Took the vehicle without an appointment even though they were swamped with work Good communications - Kept us up to date with the diagnosis and offered up multiple options to put the vehicle back into service Post repair review and assessment - walked us through all of the work performed, noted items which will need work / replacement in the future Summary - This is the place you want to take your vehicles to for service or repair. It will be clear that they understand and deliver on customer service
