As always, my recent experience was excellent in every respect. Rick and Joe are consistently friendly, professional, effective communicators, and extremely patient with those of us not familiar with cars. I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else. Thank you for who you are and for the valuable service you provide.

Wow.... these guys are the best. I have had around 10 cars and dealt with my fair share of car problems as well as mechanics. There is a ton of shops in the bay area and I have been to many of them. I would'nt even take my time to write a review on them.... My family and I have been doing business with Dorsos for a few years and I would'nt go to anyone else. Thier service is great. I called Joe on the 18th of April with my car broken down in the middle of a Costco parking lot; by the 20th of April I was driving my car home. I hope you guys stay in business for many more years to come. I can't say enough about these guys but I will stop here. Don't mess around. TAKE YOUR CAR TO DORSOS!!!

A job well done. In one day you stoped the oil leak and you did a good job on cleaning up the oil spill under the moter , thanks for a job well done.

I trust Rick and Joe's judgement and recommendations. I do not trust the dealerships. If I must pay anyone to repair my vechicles, I want to make sure that I am not feeding a large unknown.

Clean professional shop. Excellent customer service. Very thorough. I thought I needed brake replacement because of a noise that sounded like metal on metal. They inspected, cleaned the pads and rotors and said the noise was an annoyance but the brakes are fine. I recently purchased this vehicle and they even told me my tires were in good shape but were made in 2004! This was my first experience with Dorso's but I will now be a life long customer. I highly recommend them.

The service received by me at Dorso's Automotive was top notch. Joe Amaral took care of everything that the Mazda Speed 3 needed. After the work was completed, Joe explained the work accomplished in detail and reviewed the repair order documentation line-by-line with me.
