my family has been bringing our cars here for years. the same owner is still there and very hands on. due to work schedule, i had to bring my car in for a 90k mile service when the owner, rick, wasn't in and i was a bit apprehensive about this. joe was polite, informative and prompt. he made arrangements with me and kept me posted throughout the day. i left feeling like i can trust my car with anyone rick hires or works at dorso's. my car is running like a beauty and the detailed report of the maintenance was also a plus. i have and will continue to bring my car to dorso's despite the commute from south san jose. trustworthy, excellent service! :)
