I've been taking my car to Dorso's for years. Rick is honest and straightforward. He answers all of my (silly) questions. Being a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I rely on his honesty about what needs to be done. Joe is always there to answer my questions and will give me an honest opinion if I ask him what I should do about a particular upcoming job that needs to be done. He will tell me if it's urgent or needs to get done quickly. Tristan is always helpful and sometimes gives me a ride home if I need it and they are not short a person. Laurie usually answers the phone when I call to make an appointment. This time I finally got to meet her in person! She's always very sweet and helpful. I trust all the employees at Dorso's. I won't take my vehicle any place else.

I was planning to go on a driving trip and my window would not roll up. Joe squeezed me in even though he said they were very busy. Being focused on customer satisfaction, they took extra measures to get the part and have it installed as soon as possible, to save me money on a rental car. I ended up paying only a one day rental car fee. Thanks as always, Dorsos, for your great customer service. I would not go anywhere else!

Our van needed maintenance done and Dorso's was recommended. The work was done on time, correct, and at a fair price. The van runs way better and we will go back for future service.

We’ve had our car serviced at Dorso’s for several years. Joe has been our primary contact and always takes care of whatever we need! This week we called at the last minute and Joe figured out a way to help us. Also, Rick and Lori have been very helpful. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive.
