All of the staff at Dorsos automotive are wonderful! They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I just purchased a used Jeep and wouldn’t of taken my car anywhere else for a check up! So happy to have a great company and great mechanics I can trust! I got a full multi-point inspection on my car for upcoming maintenance as it is at 100K miles already. They thoroughly inspected my Jeep and I was super pleased with the exceptional service provided!

COVID safety precautions above and beyond expectations. Amazing work and great customer service!

With the new COVID guidelines still in effect, it was a bit of a challenge to get the appointment set up. The owner works at the shop, but has his off-site manager try and do the calls. A lot of back and forth. Tedious and a bit unnecessary. I did an 75k tune-up, and get an issue fixed. It was a lot more than I cared to spend, but got it done. They also didn't tell me when the car would be done until I called them. They did a good job. Overall, I would recommend.

I will be going to Dorso’s for all of my car needs from now on. They don’t BS and safety is their number one priority. I appreciate getting to talk to a number of people at the shop about my brakes and unlike anywhere else in the Bay, they were able to replace my brakes without having to replace everything. I appreciated the honesty and I thank you for your outstanding service.

Dorso's Automotive is a top notch outfit. Rick and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. In addition to the great service, they are going the extra mile to protect their staff and customers during the pandemic (spacing out customer dropoff/pickup, sterilizing vehicles, etc.).
