I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. This shop has been maintaining my family's vehicles for 20+ years, and now that I'm an adult on my own, I continue to take my vehicles here. Professional, clean, respectful, transparent and prompt. Rick and his crew are extremely thorough, taking the time to explain everything in simple terms. Their technical knowledge and decades of experience puts other shops to shame. He will even keep your broken worn out parts to show you, when you come to pick up your vehicle and walks you through all the repairs made. There is no guess work and parts changing here; they expertly and properly diagnose the problem and then promptly contact you to inform you. I recommend them to all my friends, coworkers, neighbors and have yet to hear a single bad thing about their shop. You will not be disappointed with them, don't waste your time going elsewhere. East Bay's best kept auto secret.
