Everyone I interacted with at Dorso's was very nice and helpful. We had a small miscommunication about the work, which was initially annoying but they more than made up for it. They didn't end up doing any major work on the truck (trying to decide about fixing or trading it in) so I can't speak to that, but the customer service was great.

Dorso's Automotive provides excellent, trusted car maintenance and repair. My husband and I will soon celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. Rick and his crew at Dorso's serviced the very first car we purchased when we first married, and they have continued to service all our cars over the past 30 years. Because of Rick and his team's professional auto care and safety checks, we have avoided the miserable car break down in the middle of the road, etc. We have always been confident that our vehicles will get us safely from Point A to Point B. Two of our cars which we purchased new 13 years ago and 7 years ago both now have over 205,000 miles each and both continue to run smoothly. I highly recommend Dorso's. I couldn't be happier with the service and transparency here. They really do their best to make sure they explain exactly what's done to my vehicle, and why. If they can't diagnose a problem, they will work until they do. I'll bring my vehicles to them as long as I'm local.

As always they go beyond and do their best to save you money but not cutting corners on their work. They are honest and very friendly. Never feel rushed even when they are busy. I always recommend them to anyone who asks for a referral. The BEST

Great honest service. They seem really dedicated to getting reliable and quality parts on their customers' cars at a reasonable cost. I really appreciated the time Rick took to walk me through all of the suggested and completed work, as well as the recommendations he offered for parts (and part numbers) to use on fixes I would be completing myself. I will definitely be back.
